New flood warnings have been issued for West Somerset on Saturday after heavy rain overnight and through the morning on already waterlogged ground.
They include the main A358 and the London to Paddington rail line.
Flood warnings are the second stage notification from the Environment Agency, advising residents that flooding is expected in the area.
The warnings active on Saturday in West Somerset and eastern Devon are:
River Aller
Flood warning area: River Aller including Allerford and West Lynch.
Doniford Stream
Flood warning area: Sampford Brett Bridge on the A358 and Sampford Mill Farm.
Washford River
Flood warning area: Riverside properties from Kingsbridge to Lower Roadwater including riverside properties in Kingsbridge, New mill, Langridge Mills and riverside properties in upper Roadwater and lower Roadwater.
River Exe at Winsford and Bridgetown
Flood warning area: Riverside locations and roads in Winsford and Bridgetown, and other localised riverside properties and roads between Exford and Exebridge.
River Tone from Bathpool to Ham
Flood warning area: Rugby Ground, Husk Farm, Mill Cottages, Sewage Treatment Works and Ham Mills
River Exe from Exebridge to Tiverton
Flood warning area: Riverside locations and roads between Exebridge and Tiverton, including Exebridge, Oakford Bridge, Chain Bridge, Cove, Washfield, vulnerable parts of Bolham, the B3226 at Black Cat and the A396 at Bolham.
River Exe from Tiverton to Exeter
Flood warning area: riverside locations and roads between Tiverton and Exeter, including Bickleigh, Thorverton Mill, Nether Exe, Brampford Speke, Upton Pyne, Old Mill Trading Estate, the A396 and A3072 at Bickleigh and the Exeter to London Paddington railway line.
The Environment Agency says a flood warning means: "Flooding is expected in this area. This means properties are at risk of flooding. Please take action to protect yourself and your property and monitor local weather and river conditions. Avoid contact with, walking or driving through flood water. Consider activating any property flood protection products you may have."
The lower level is a flood alert, advising people to prepare for possible flooding.
Flood alerts have been issued for:
West Somerset Streams
Flood alert area: Horner Water, Rivers Aller and Washford, and the Hawkcombe, Monksilver and Doniford Streams and tributaries.
Middle Exe area
Flood alert area: Middle River Exe from Exebridge to Tiverton and the Rivers Haddeo, Batherm and Lowman.
River Tone catchment
Flood alert area: River Tone from Clatworthy Reservoir to Currymoor, the Hillfarrance Brook, the Halsewater Stream and other tributaries in the River Tone catchment.
Rivers Clyst and Culm
Flood alert area: Hemyock, Cullompton, Stoke Canon, Broadclyst and Clyst St Mary areas.
Rivers have been running high in Somerset and Devon for several days after periods of heavy rain, with the latest overnight from Friday into Saturday.
