Two new road closures starting next month have been announced. See the full details in this week's West Somerset Free Press. 

Below are the latest closures declared by Somerset Council:

Woodford Road in the parish of Nettlecombe will be closed next month. The closure will be in force all day on May 16. It will begin on Woodford Road, 53- metres south east of the junction with Stream Road, and travel south east for 177 metres.

The Old Cleeve to Blue Anchor and Lower Bilbrook Lane to Old Cleeve Farm routes in the parish of Old Cleve will be closed next month. The closure will start on May 2, and finish on May 5. Works will take place between the hours of 8am and 10pm. The closure will close off traffic from: Old Cleeve to Blue Anchor - from the junction with Monks Path, north eastwards for a distance of 55 metres; and Lower Bilbrook Lane to Old Cleeve Farm - from the junction with Monks Path, south westwards for a distance of 59 metres.
