There will be a number of road closures across West Somerset this month. See the full details in this week's West Somerset Free Press. 

Below are the latest closures declared by Somerset County Council:

Marshfield Road in the parish of Minehead will be closed this month. The closure will begin on May 8 and end on June 2. The closure will start from the junction with Lower Marshfield Road, and travel south for 109 metres.

Monks Path in the parish of Old Cleve will be closed this month. The closure will begin on May 22 and end on May 26. The closure will start along Monks path at a point 100 metres north west from the junction with Manor Park. The closure will travel north west for 37 metres.

Oare to Oare Post in the parish of Oare will be closed this month. The closure will begin on May 22 at 8am and last until 4pm on the same day. The closure will start 2150 metres south east from the junction with Porlock to Lynton Road, and travel south east for 145 metres.

Carhampton Road in the parish of Carhampton will be closed this month. The closure will begin on May 10 at 9.30am and last until 3.30pm the same day. The closure will stretch 10 metres from Cherry Tree Cottage.

Abbey Road in the parish of Old Cleve will be closed this month. The closure will begin on May 25 and last until May 26. The closure will start from the junction with the Minehead to Williton Road, and travel south for 68 metres.

Yard Ash Lane in the parishes of Bicknoller and Stogumber will be closed this month. The closure will begin on May 26 and end on May 29. The closure will begin on Yard Ash Lane from the junction with Newton Lane and travel south west for 440 metres.
