DUNSTER Castle and Watermill is inviting visitors to experience the magic of its gardens after hours.
Visitors on August 29 and September 5 can be the first to wander around the garden in the glow of the evening sun and enjoy live performances from talented musicians in the Watermill Tearoom.
The tearoom will be serving sharing boards and loaded nachos with an optional chilli side, as well as prosecco, wine, cider, ale, and Pimms. Soft drinks and hot beverages will also be available.
Carol Hunt, general manager, said: “I’m delighted that we are extending our garden opening for visitors to come and enjoy a tranquil early evening stroll this summer. Dunster is a special place at any time of day, but few get to experience it after hours.
“We hope people will enjoy the opportunity to explore the magic of the sub-tropical River Gardens, admire the views from the Keep Garden, enjoy the beautiful hydrangeas, walk in the parkland and visit the Mill Tearoom to hear some live music.”
Evening garden opening at Dunster Castle and Watermill will be from 4pm until 7pm on August 29 and 5 September 5. Live music at the Watermill Tearoom will be from 7pm until 9pm.
The castle will close as usual at 4pm.
