THE West Somerset Brass Band is seeking new members of all ages and abilities.
The traditional amateur brass band hosts 30 regular musicians and is looking for local players to join them, particularly in their baritone and cornet sections.
Founded in 1952, the Watchet-based band performs a variety of music ranging from classical to pop and is led by musical director Niall Watson.
The band takes part in a number of engagements including church services, formal concerts and fêtes around the county and further afield.
Rehearsals take place on Fridays from 6:30pm-7:20pm at the Methodist Church Hall, Watchet.
Subscriptions cost £10 per term and equipment is provided where needed.
