MINEHEAD Farmers’ Market will be setting out its stalls on the Old Hospital forecourt on Tuesdays as well as the traditional Fridays.
The first date planned is Tuesday, November 21 from 8.30am to 1pm, Minehead Connect has announced.
From late November and throughout December, as a trial up to Christmas, the Tuesday markets will be seasonally themed.
Any traders wishing to take a pitch are invited to contact Minehead Farmers Markets via [email protected] or call 07864840043
A Festive Market will also be held on the hospital forecourt on Saturday November 25 from 2pm to 7pm to coincide with the switching-on of town’s Christmas lights.
Spokesman Bill Griffiths said: “Minehead Connect continues to work hard to return the Old Hospital back to the community and this is just the start of several new initiatives which will begin to bear fruit in the early part of the new year.”
Updates will be posted on the Minehead Connect website and Facebook page.
