A MAN was rescued after he became stuck on the roof of a building in West Somerset on Tuesday, January 21.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service was called to the incident in Williton at around 1.15pm.
The fire service stated on its online incident log after the call-out: “Fire control received a call reporting a male who was stuck on the roof of a single-storey property in Williton.
“The on-call crew from Williton was mobilised. Crew successfully rescued the male from the roof using a triple extension ladder and a roof ladder.”
The fire service confirmed the incident was closed shortly after 3.30pm on January 21.
