New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Somerset’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Railway Hotel, at 19 College Street, Burnham-On-Sea was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 10.

And The White Hart Inn, at East Street, Crewkerne, Somerset was given a score of four on April 18.

It means that of Somerset's 592 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 472 (80%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
