New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 10 of Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: The Waffle Hub at Methodist Church, College Street, Burnham-On-Sea; rated on February 18

• Rated 5: Brent House Farm Shop at Brent House Farm, Edingworth Road, Edingworth; rated on February 14

• Rated 5: BOS Cafe at 54 High Street, Burnham-On-Sea; rated on February 11

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And three ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: The Lamb at Weare at Turnpike Road, Lower Weare; rated on February 19

• Rated 5: Boat & Anchor Inn at The Boat And Anchor Inn, Huntworth; rated on February 14

• Rated 5: Great Western Railway Staff Association at Wellington Road, Bridgwater; rated on February 14
