PLANS have been submitted for the development of five new social rent homes in West Bagborough.
The not-for-profit group based in Wellington, Falcon Rural Housing Ltd has submitted plans to develop two semi-detached bungalows and three two storey terraced houses on an area of agricultural land to the north of Higher Heathfield.

Designed by architects at Stackhouse Design Ltd, the proposed social housing development will also include new car parking and cycle spaces for residents.
Plans for the application are currently under review and the opportunity for public consultation will end on February 28.
