Police tackled an antisocial driver in Minehead driving 'carelessly' on North Road.
Minehead PCSOs issued a Section 59 warning to a driver who was driving in a careless and inconsiderate manner on Wednesday.
The warning is issued when the use of a vehicle is causing or is likely to cause alarm or distress to members of the public.
The issuance of the warning puts the driver at risk of having their vehicle seized if the antisocial driving persists.
North hill is part of the Exmoor National Park, which is populated by roaming animals, and popular with dog walkers.
In a statement released on social media, Minehead police said: "On Wednesday afternoon, the PCSO's in Minehead issued a Section 59 warning notice to a driver who was driving in a Careless and Inconsiderate manner on North Hill in Minehead.
"Receiving a Section 59 warning leaves you at risk of having your vehicle seized if the behaviour continues. May we remind people that driving in an anti-social manner not only causes distress or annoyance to members of the public but also puts other road users and members of public at risk of harm.
"North Hill is part of the Exmoor National Trust and you will find free roaming animals up on the hill so please also consider the affects this type of driving can have on the livestock and wildlife in the area."
It comes after police pledged to clampdown on antisocial youths congregating in Minehead's Blenheim Gardens this month.
A resident whose property overlooks the park complained that rowdy teenagers were using the area 'as a toilet.'
