DRIVERS using junction 25 of the M5 today, May 26, in Tiverton are being advised of delays which could affect their journeys.
A temporary closure will be in place to allow for a bridge joint to be repaired, but works should not impact the main M5 carriageway.
The bridge joint failure is on junction 27 at Sampford Peverell and the lane closure will only affect those leaving the M5 to join the A38 to Wellington or A361 to Tiverton.
The lane one closure on the overbridge will be in effect from 11pm for up to four hours.
Drivers are advised to expect delays throughout the temporary closures, and to plan their journeys before setting off, avoiding the area if possible.
