INVESTIGATIONS into an incident in Wheddon Cross are ongoing after a quadbike was stolen from a private property on Tuesday, January 7.
The police were contacted shortly before 5pm on January 7 with reports that entry had been forced into a shed at a Wheddon Cross property and the vehicle had been stolen.
The incident is thought to have taken place as some point between 4.30pm on Monday, January 6 and 5pm on Tuesday, January 7.
Officers have attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
Exmoor Hill Farming Network has advised local residents to check the security of their property and vehicles.
