A MINEHEAD Bowling Club mixed team secured a win in the Exmoor Trophy League against Williton away at the beginning of this month, winning on 4/6 rinks.  

In the West Somerset League on the 6th June the A team played North Petherton A at home with a win on one rink but a loss overall while the B team played Wellington C away, winning overall and on two out of three rinks.

There is plenty of bowls ahead for the Minehead club which has a packed programme throughout the summer.
