WELLINGTON Dukes and Brompton Ralph Under 13s played for a second time this season.

The match was played on a lovely summer’s evening at Sampford Arundel cricket ground.

Wellington were first to bat, scoring a very respectable 233 runs with Clemmie at top score.

Brompton kept their fielding tight and managed to take an impressive seven wickets.

Next up it was Brompton's turn to bat with some big hits from several members of the team racking up a solid 372, losing just one wicket.

The match was played in good spirit - well done to all. Brompton look forward to playing their next match - away to Taunton Deane Greens.
