STOGUMBER Cricket Club played their first T20 friendly of the season on Thursday of last week, beating Over Stowey by six wickets in a match played at home. 

Stogumber’s players wore their new coloured friendly XI kit, proudly displaying the logo of their new friendly XI sponsors, West Quantoxhead Motor Services.

They will hope their good form continues when they face Roadwater in another T20 game at home.

Stogumber’s first team play in Division three of the West Somerset League and face a difficult away match against Sampford Arundel on Saturday, May 18 (2.00)..
