Minehead U15s 19 Sydenham U15s 0

MINEHEAD Blues Under 15s were at home to Sydenham and started with confidence to take the lead on two minutes through Charlie Mossman.

With some dominating play in the midfield from Logan Harrison, Elliot Hooks, George Hall and Kyle Oulds put some lovely balls through, but without addition.

Mossman doubled the lead with a header on 10 minutes and one minute later claimed his hat-trick, making it four shortly after.

Minehead’s back line of captain Reiss Harrison, Edward How, Lennon Howe and Harley Reeder were about to be woken up when a long ball over the top caught them off guard.

However a great run from Reiss Harrison cleared the ball.

With just over a quarter of the game played a run down the right flank seen Jake Wyre cross the ball in for Mossman to head home and make it 5-0.

A minute later Cass Heley ran through the visitors defence and slotted the ball home making it 6-0.

The tireless work in the centre of the park from Hooks and Logan Harrison were both rewarded with a goal each making it 8-0 at the break.

Minehead start the second half as they did the first with some fantastic team work and passing the ball around.

Oulds got his first of the game on 42 minutes making it 9 followed by Hall a minute later to claim Minehead’s 10th and then 11th two minutes later.

With Minehead making constant changes to give all the players minutes the team were having to adapt and did so effortlessly.

Mossman bagged his double hatrick on 51 minutes to make it 12!

Minehead were then awarded another corner and centre back Howe made no mistake in firing the ball past the keeper for the Blues 13th of the game.

Oulds then made it 14 on 61 minutes and with the game firmly sealed L. Williams went on a run and calmly got his name on the score sheet to make 15.

Logan Harrison was on a mission after his brothers hat-trick the week before to claim his first of the season and nobody was stopping him and he fired home in the 71st and 76th minutes to make it 17-0.

Mossman not content with six had enough in him for one more goal in the 77th minute.

Hall desperate for his hat-trick was also rewarded with a minute to go to make the final score 19-0!

This was another superb performance and the Blues have scored 38 goals in two games and kept two clean sheets.

Man of the match was Cam Heley.
