WATCHET Town’s successful management team of Nick Sully, Matt Heywood and Aaron Deeks have agreed to continue next season.
They took charge of the side at the beginning of the past season and steered the side to second place - and promotion - in the first division of the Somerset County Football League.
Watchet ended the season at the beginning of last month with a 2-0 away victory over Ashcott, having lost the previous crucial game against Staplegrove who were crowned champions.
The game at Ashcott also marked the end of Adam Bishop’s 20-year spell as the Seasiders’ goalkeeper, Bishop began playing for Watchet as a 14-year-old and has proved to be one of the best keepers in the division.
It means Watchet will obviously be looking for a new goalkeeper for next season.
Pre-season begins in the last week of June - Tuesday (June 25) and Thursday (27).
