THE annual inter-club rinks league was played outdoor at Minehead Bowls Club on Fridays throughout the summer and has ended. The overall winners were Mark Palmer’s team including Mike Foster, Sheila Cooper. Janet Richards, Charlie Cox and Tony Everett. 

Runners up were Barney Seldon’s team including John Dawson, Robin Auster, Audrey Manners, Anne Clarbull and Anne Gibson. 

A celebratory buffet evening was put on thanks to Ken Powls & Dawn Richard’s after the final evening and a good night was had by all. Further thanks to Ken who organised the league and ensured its continuity.
