WEST Somerset Table Tennis Association players are gradually getting set for the next winter league. Until the new season starts in September an informal ‘summer league’ is held at the Lawns Community Hall, Minehead, every Tuesday, starting at 7pm.

The league are always looking to encourage new match players.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays the league hold their social/practise evenings, again at the Lawns from 7.30pm. Players of all abilities are welcome.

Junior players are also encouraged to join the league’s qualified coach, Laurie Chalk, for coaching sessions at the Lawns on Wednesdays from 6pm – 7.30pm.
