A SURVEY of people’s views of water quality and litter on West Somerset beaches is being conducted by community campaign Litter Free Coast and Sea Somerset (LFCSS).
It covers beaches in Minehead, Dunster, Blue Anchor, and Porlock and asks about bathing water quality and the types of beach litter people come across.
A LFCSS spokesperson said: “Whether you are a local resident or a visitor, your insights are crucial in understanding the current state of beaches.
“By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you will be contributing valuable information that will help shape future plans for our coastline.
“This will help us gather information on how Somerset’s bathing waters are being used by residents and visitors.
“The data we collect will help us with any future campaigns and will shape options for summer outreach events and materials produced.”
