AN initial line-up of events has been announced by Exmoor National Park Authority (ENPA) for the Exmoor Nature Festival 2025.

The two-week festival, being held in conjunction with Visit Exmoor from Saturday, May 17, to Sunday, June 1, will feature a range of events and activities focused on wildlife and wellbeing.

ENPA rural enterprise co-ordinator Julie Colman, who has the task of organising the festival, said: “The Exmoor Nature Festival is fast taking shape and it is great to have Visit Exmoor on board as a supporter.

“Events confirmed already include a ‘Bee Banquet’, family fun days, wildlife walks and talks, rock pooling adventures, nature drawing walks, mountain biking, outdoor yoga, and much more.

“We are asking anybody who wants to include an event within the programme to get in touch now, as space is running out.

“There is also a fantastic opportunity to advertise in the Exmoor Nature Festival programme 2025.”

Visit Exmoor chief executive Emma Thomasson said: “Visit Exmoor is proud to support the first Exmoor National Park Nature Festival, a fantastic celebration of our beautiful and unique natural environment.

“This festival creates fantastic opportunities for Exmoor’s local businesses to get involved and showcase their offering against the backdrop of what makes this place so special.

“It also means that visitors and the local community can enjoy a brilliant range of events and experiences across the area.
