A WIDE array of crafts have been sold by the Watchet Phoenix group over the last fortnight.
All items on sale over the last two weeks were made by friends of the Phoenix Centre. Any proceeds from the craft items sold are split between supporting the Phoenix Centre, in Harbour Road, and the person who made them.
A number of volunteers also manned the centre and sold refreshments to visitors while the crafted goods were on display.
Charities Day was held on Watchet Esplanade on Thursday, August 22, and the Phoenix Centre supporters joined other local organisations under a gazebo to sell various wares. The attached photo shows the gazebo on the Esplanade manned by Ann Lewis and a volunteer.
