BUTLIN’S holiday resort in Minehead has become Europe’s first and only venue with a Papa Johns restaurant offering a pizza buffet as well as a takeaway for holidaymakers. 

Guests on a recent ‘90s Reloaded Big Weekender’ were offered an unlimited choice of fresh pizza, pasta, and salad following during the two-day break in Minehead.

Leading pizza franchise Papa Johns has added a fresh choice to the menu for all visitors to the resort.

Development of the new Papa Johns restaurants will be run by a team of 18 as it replaces an Italian buffet offering at the Minehead resort.

The new buffet features a choice of freshly made Papa Johns pizzas, a selection of pasta, including penne pomodoro, mac & cheese, and carbonara, as well as unlimited fresh salad.

Resort director Matt Rake said: “We are delighted to be opening Papa Johns in Minehead.

“This now means guests staying with us on both our family breaks and adult-only Big Weekenders will be able to enjoy a Papa Johns buffet offering unlimited fresh, tasty pizza, pasta, and salad.

“We are the only place you can enjoy a Papa Johns buffet in Europe.

Butlin’s family breaks offer fun for all the family with a range of accommodation to suit most budgets, which includes access to live shows and headline acts, free flow access to its Splash Waterworld pools with rides, slides, rapids, and wave pools, and unlimited fairground rides and soft play.

For adults, Big Weekenders include a wide range of activities such as live music, silent discos, pool parties, bottomless brunch, and fancy dress.
