TWO community access bleed kits are to be installed in Minehead with the £480 cost being met from the town council’s mayor’s allowance.

Councillors were told the kits would be fitted by Minehead’s local policing team at locations still to be decided.

All ongoing costs, such as maintenance and replenishment, would then be met by the Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
