Minehead Hospital general office, volunteers and the facilities team came together to organise a coffee and cake morning to raise funds for the annual Macmillan fund-raising event.
Rosalind Smith spokesperson for the Hospital said: “This was the first coffee morning to be held within the hospital since before Covid and the general office team, decided to organise a coffee morning to support Macmillan which is close to all our hearts.
“Gillian Bishop volunteered to be the lead and organise a well-attended event, with the support of colleagues, raising the sum of £384.
“Special thanks go to Hilary Richardson, who gave up her time to organise a fantastic raffle and bric a brac stall.”
