EMERGENCY services closed a road after a car crashed into parked vehicles behind a school in Williton.

Avon and Somerset Police confirmed the collision on Doniford Road, Williton, behind St Peters Church of England First School, this afternoon.

A statement from the police said: “We were called at 12.21pm today to a report that a car had collided with two parked vehicles on Doniford Road in Williton, near its junction with Doniford Drive.

“Officers attended and remain at the scene while a vehicle is recovered. No injuries have been reported.”
