A POLE test being carried out by Openreach will see Dunster Steep, in Porlock, closed for three hours between 8 am and 11 am on September 22.

WESSEX Water will replace a frame and cover in Church Street, Dunster, on October 3, resulting in a road closure between 7 pm and 11 pm.

TREE trimming works by Hiline on behalf of National Grid will see the closure of Jury Road, Dulverton, from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm on September 18.

GULLY sucking works by Openreach to clean boxes and jet ducts will result in the closure of Bossington Lane, Porlock, between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm on September 16.

OVERNIGHT road closures in Cannington parish for 32 nights from September 17 to October 19 between 6.30 pm and 7.30 am have been authorised for Heidelberg to carry out resurfacing of Rodway, Combwich Road, Withycombe Hill, the road to Hinkley Point, Clayland Corner, and Hinkley Point Road.
