MINEHEAD'S new football manager Craig Carr has already lined up his schedule of pre-season friendlies.
In total, Carr has arranged seven warm-up games which will begin with a home match against Bedminster on Saturday, July 6. The following Tuesday they will play Bishops Lydeard away and on Saturday, July 13, will be away to Barnstaple Town Reserves.
Other dates are: Wednesday, July 17 home v Wellington; Saturday, July 20 away v Uphill Castle; Wednesday, July 24 home v Staplegrove; Saturday, July 27 home v Elmore.
Minehead's players will be reporting back for pre-season training on Saturday, June 29.
Sessions will be held twice-weekly - Tuesdays and Thursdays - until the friendlies get underway.
Meanwhile Carr, who was appointed manager of Minehead for next season earlier this month, has added ex-Blues player Luke Bloys to his coaching team along with Mike Neilds.
Besides Carr taking on the permanent role of manager, the experienced Mark White has become his assistant, having played 300 times for Shaftsbury. Carr will also be working very closely with Steve Jackson, the club's director of football.
Minehead finished tenth in the first division of the Somerset County League, with results improving considerably when Carr took charge of the side towards the end of the season.
