MINEHEAD Barbarians lst XV will be back in action after an enforced fortnight's break when they play at home to Imperial in Counties Two Somerset on Saturday, November 9 (2.30p.m.).

The Babas go into the game fourth in the table, having won five of their seven matches, losing the other two. Imperial are lying seventh with four wins in seven outings. Stand off Jacob Gower will lead the side.

Minehead's head coach Mick Orton said: "Imperial are always a good side so it should be a good tussle. We hope to field a strong side but I won’t know exactly until the day.”

Minehead Barbarians 2nd XV, also lying fourth in Somerset Four Somerset, play away to their Tor counterparts.

Meanwhile Wiveliscombe, fourth in Counties One Western West, are home to second-placed Plymouth Albion Oaks with a 2.30p.m. kick-off, while Wiveliscombe 2nd XV are also home - to Weston super Mare 3rd XV - and will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent record at the top of the table (2.30p.m.).

Wiveliscombe's first team have won all five of their first team matches this season, showing the all-round playing improvement within the senior section of the club under head coach Rob Weaver.
