OAKE Manor Golf Club held a 666 Bowmaker Competition with teams of four where one score counts on the first 6 holes, two on the next 6 holes and three on the final 6 holes.

The winning team were Christopher Hayfield, Martin Rivers, Mark Tydings and Nick Clayton scoring 85 points. In second place, also with 85 points but losing on count back, were David Rossillo, Kieran Wyatt, Max Popham and Ben Chinn while, in third place, were Liam Willey, Jamie Biddiscombe, Anthony Date and Dominic Stapleton with 83 points.

The Seniors played a “Three Clubs and a Putter” Competition over 14 holes. Graham Jones was the clear winner, topping division 2 with 32 points, Meredith Collins was second with 25 points and Christopher Man third, also with 25 points.

Tony Staple was the division 1 winner with 26 points while Paul Scribbins came second, also with 26 points, and Andy Stevenson was third with 25 points. 

Ladies captain Liz How won the Ladies Tuesday Stableford Competition, winning division 1 with 36 points, Jane Clist was second with 33 points while Pam Akers came third with 30 points. Pam Kinnear won division 2 with 33 points, Judy Phripp came second with 31 points while Sue Corlett third with 29 points.
