A TRAINING session to show villagers in Kilve how to use a defibrillator is being organised by the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust on April 25.

The training will take place in Kilve Village Hall from 2pm.

A spokesperson said: “It is really worth attending these sessions.

“Defibrillators can be valuable in saving lives, and we are lucky to have one in the village.

“The defibrillator is a useful village resource, and the more people who know how to use it the better.”

Kilve’s is fitted to the wall outside the village’s Hood Arms public house.

Anybody can attend the free training and can turn up on the day or contact Elizabeth Grigg on 01278 741645 or 07765 994013 for more information.
