NEW team members are being sought to become wardens for the Horner Wood scouts campsite near Porlock, on Exmoor.

The site is part of the National Trust’s Holnicote Estate and is leased to the Scout Association and bounded on three sides by a site of special scientific interest, as well as being in the middle of a nature reserve, and a national park.

The scouts are looking for new wardens to keep the site ‘looking good, and safe for everybody to use’.

A spokesperson said: “This is an ideal role for anybody who fancies spending some quality time in a lovely location.”
