THE Minehead Bay Festival is all set to entertain the crowds on Saturday (August 31) with a wonderful line-up of music and art.

There will be something for everyone to enjoy at the family festival which is being held on the MInehead seafront and there will be a fantastic mix of live music, art and cultural activities for all ages from 12pm to 6pm.

The line-up of music on a unique solar-powered stage is as follows: 12noon IDK_YET; 1pm Pog; 2pm BoxSet; 3pm Wob; 4pm Drop In The Ocean; 5.10pm Los Dedos; with musical support from buskers.Festival-goers will be able to indulge in a wide variety of street food and refreshing drinks from licensed bars.

Artists Blam, Mark Doyle and Charlie McFarley will be there painting live street art while artist Chris Oakey will create a giant sculpture on the beach.If you are inspired by the art, East Quay will be running art workshops for all ages to take part in throughout the day.

There will be circus performances by Higher Beings Circus and incredible mountain stunts by the world-renowned Andrei Burton will keep everyone entertained.

The event is being supported by Minehead Town Council which is sponsoring the live music.
