FREE cream teas are on offer in an Exmoor village on Saturday (April 12).

Timberscombe Good Neighbours is organising the event using grant funding to build community strength in the village.

It will be held in The Old Dairy community centre from 3 pm to 5 pm with the whole village invited to go along.

The occasion will provide an opportunity to meet with people who can give support and advice for those who need it.

Among those attending will be members of Citizen Advice who can advise on matters such as benefits, Blue Badge applications, debt, bills, and letters, West Somerset micro providers organiser Victoria James, and West Somerset Green Forum’s Hester Watson, who can give advice on winter fuel bills.
