WATCHET Town manager Avril Cooke has set a target of six points from their last two matches to make sure of avoiding relegation from the Premier Division of the Uhlsport Somerset County Football League.
Watchet, who are second from bottom, have two away fixtures to complete the season - at Keynsham this afternoon (Sat) and Clutton next Saturday.
"No-one seems to know how many teams will go down," she said last night. "It could be one, two or three. The league probably won't make up their mind until they see the set-up in the Toolstation League.
"Regardless, we must try to win both our games and hope one or two of the others slip up."
Stockwood Green are bottom with only two points from 27 matches and are certain to be relegated. Watchet, Clutton and Ilminster are battling it out to avoid the drop.
Watchet will hoping the likes of Lewis Ahmet, Riley Willis and Billy Jones continue their good form.
Meanwhile, Minehead still have three games to play. They are away to Nailsea and Twickenham Reserves today, they play at home to Wincombe on Bank Holiday Monday and meet the same opponents away next Saturday, 13.
