PAULTON Rovers’ manager Ray Johnson has made his second appearance of this season on the popular Jewson Western League Podcast.

Interviewed by former Somer Valley FM presenter, Ian Nockolds, Ray discussed his team's recent performances, including their impressive 4-0 victory over Brislington, the side that knocked his former side, Radstock Town, out of last season’s First Division Play Offs.

Ray reflected on an impressive run of form that had seen his side go undefeated for a period of three months. Ray also discussed his management style and how important it was to maintaining team morale during periods of weather-affected postponements, as well as acknowledging Paulton’s poor away form and the need to improve it if his side are going to have a chance to sneak into this season’s Premier Division Play Offs.
