WEATHER permitting, Minehead and Watchet Town Saxons both have matches in Under 12 South section in the Somerset Girls Football League on Saturday, January 25.

Minehead play away to bottom side Somerton Town while Watchet, who are only one place above Somerton, are home to North Curry, who are just above them in the table.

Bishops Lydeard Girls Development top the section, having lost only one of their 12 matches. They lead second placed Wessex by five points.

Fixtures: Watchet Town Saxons v North Curry Youth, Wellington Wildcats v Huish Tigers, Wessex Vixens v Pen Mill Blue Cats, Somerton Town Panthers v Minehead.

Watchet Town Vikings will be looking to step up the pressure at the top of Under 13 South section when they play at home to Wellington Wildcats.

Watchet are having a good season and are second in the table while Wildcats have yet to get off the mark, having lost all 11 of their fixtures.
