WATCHET Town play at home to top of the table Ilminster Town in the Premier Division of the Uhlsport Somerset County Football League this coming Saturday, November 16 (2p.m.).
Ilminster have opened up a three-point lead over the field, having dropped only three points in 14 matches.
Watchet, however, are lying second from bottom with only two victories in 13 fixtures.They have already played Ilminster twice this season, losing 2-0 on both occasions - in the league and Somerset County League KO Cup
Nick Sully, a member of the club's management committee, said: “Obviously playing Ilminster is daunting - they are flying. We only have a small squad and at the moment we have injuries."
One of those injured at the moment is influential midfielder Brandon Walsh who is a key member of the side.
Meanwhile Minehead, in fourth spot in the first division, play at home to Westfield who are one place above them in the tabe. Both teams have 22 points, but Minehead have a game in hand.
Having beaten Westfield on their own ground in early September, Minehead will be looking for their second league double of the season to keep in touch with leaders Congresbury.
Westfield, however, are unbeaten in the league since they lost to Minehead.
