IN THE Oake Manor Golf Club Saturday Stableford Competition Martin Rivers scored an excellent 40 points to win the event and Division 1.

Graham McGann came second with 39 points while Marc Holloway was third, also with 39 points. Christopher Dubery won Division 2 with 39 points, Clive Large came second with 38 points and Ashley Hewitt was third with 37 points.

In the Sunday Stableford Competition the first 3 players all scored 41 points but on count back Chris Pratt was the overall winner. John Ashton won Division 1 with 41 points, Michael Tourle came second with 38 points while Josheph Holmes was third with 37 points. Overall winner Chris Pratt won Division 2 with 41 points while Jack Land came second, also with 41 points, and James McAuley was third with 38 points.

Angela Warnes won the ladies Tuesday Dickenson Qualifying Medal Competition for lower handicap players scoring nett 70, second also with nett 70 was Janet Howe while Suzanne Ward came third with nett 74. Catherine Drysdale scored 40 points to win the Barlow Cup Qualifying Stableford Competition for higher handicap players. Tamsin St George came second with 38 points while Kate Foster was third with 36 points.
