Nancy was lightning-fast, weaving through players and making sure her side stayed on the attack. And George rounded off the team effort with superb passing and a great understanding of the game, keeping the momentum high.

A huge well done to all the players for their passion and dedication! It was a match full of fun, teamwork, and impressive rugby skills.

Meanwhile, Minehead Barbarians Under 10s hosted tourists Barkers Butts, who brought 31 players.

With the hosts only having 11 it was decided to play 3 x15 minute games, all played in great spirit. Minehead played like they have all season with great team work, ferocious tackling and some brilliant ball handling skills resulting two two draws and a home win.

With only one game lost all season it was a difficult decision to pick out any individuals but it was decided to award the Gladiator of the day to Liam Floyd, while Barbarian of the day went to Martha Ford whose straight hard running and fearless involvement in the game was great to see.
