BELL All Stars are on course to pull off a double in the Watchet & District Skittles League.
Having already won the title in the Premier Division in some style, they moved into the quarter-finals of the Alan Clark Cup - but it was a close-run thing against Barn Owls.
The champions gained a five-pin win over the Owls in the preliminary round with Matt Robinson steeering them to victory with a score of 101. Tom Andrews and Lewis Scrimger were tops for the Owls with hands of 106. Their opponents in the quarter-finals will be Has Been.
Jack also won through to the last eight after they beat Railway Steamers by 14 pins with Steve Bosley hitting 106. Their opponents in the next round are Phoenix Knights.
