FIREFIGHTERS from Dulverton were joined by colleagues from Bampton to rescue a driver trapped when his car overturned.

They stabilised the vehicle and used hydraulic cutting equipment to release the casualty, who was taken by ambulance to hospital.

The incident happened in Station Road, Dulverton, shortly after 8.30am on November 12, when the vehicle flipped over and ended up on its roof.
