THIS month’s West Somerset ‘Amble’ will be on Wednesday, March 20, meeting at 10.30 am in Dunster Beach car park, the near end motorists enter.

Amblers will walk the wheelchair-friendly seaside route toward Blue Anchor to enjoy the breeze and sound from the sea.

‘Amble not Ramble’ is a walking group for people with memory loss, lack of mobility, and/or loss of confidence, and anybody who enjoys a relaxed pace, which last a maximum of an hour and ends with refreshments.

It is run by Minehead Dementia Action Alliance which helps people and their carers live well with dementia. Vulnerable adults should be accompanied by a carer.
