THE last two Thursday competitions for the Ladies Section at Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club have been Stableford competitions which count for handicap. The weather has been favourable on both occasions.

The first one was won by Deano Carlin with 34 points, second Annette O’Hare also on 34 points. Deano scored more points on the 2nd 9 holes which made her the winner.

The second one was also won by Deano Carlin with 35 points.

Impressive off her handicap of 12.3 one of the lowest in the club currently. Second was Jennifer James with 34 points; very close.
