MINEHEAD AFC return to action on Saturday when they host struggling Saltford who are languishing near the foot of the Uhlsport Somerset County League table.

Saltford were beaten 4-1 by Congresbury last time out and have suffered seven defeats in eight league outings to date, only picking up points in a 2-1 win against Middlezoy Rovers Reserves back in September.

Minehead beat them 2-1 at the end of September and will be looking to build on a solid start to the season in the reverse fixture.

Craig Carr’s men have won five of their first six games to date this season.
