OAKE Manor Golf Club has managed to run a few competitions despite the adverse weather conditions.

Jack Jones won the Saturday Stableford Competition, scoring 39 points. Michael Bright came second with 37 points while Jamie Tong was third with 34 points.

The Sunday Stableford Competition was very close with the first three players all coming in with the same score of 37 points. But on count back Simon Mankin came first while Anthony Date was second and Sam Prior was third.

The Ladies held a Stableford Competition on Tuesday over nine holes. The first three ladies in Division One all scored 18 points. But on count back, Pat Snelling came first with Amanda Mather second and Jenny Musgrove third.

Catherine Drysdale won Division Two with 19 points, Jenny Swann came second with 17 points while Sandra Lawrence was third with 16 points.

Unfortunately, some events have Bad weaqthhad to be called off due to the poor weather.
